Max Greenstone is an associate attorney at South Florida Business Law Group. He focuses his practice on representing businesses and people with contract and business issues in all aspects of litigation and civil liability matters, breach of contract, and in every aspect of the contested litigation process. As an attorney, he wants to help businesses and people protect and grow their business and interests. Mr. Greenstone also handles a wide range of complex commercial and business litigation matters involving contract disputes, business torts and issues related to tortious interference with contract and/or business relations.

      Prior to joining South Florida Business Law Group, Mr. Greenstone was an attorney with various south Florida law firms representing both defendants and plaintiffs in all aspects of litigation from case inception through trial and post-trial. Previously, Mr. Greenstone worked as an associate with a boutique law firm specializing in labor and employment law litigation, where he handled a variety of employment dispute cases.

      Mr. Greenstone received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, Fort Lauderdale, Florida in May 2013 and his Bachelor of Science from the Florida State University, School of Business, in May 2010 graduating with a major in Business Entrepreneurship.

   He is licensed to practice law in Florida and has been an active and good standing Member of the Florida Bar as of July 2013. Mr. Greenstone is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida as of April 2017.
